Unfortunately I had to cancel my second appointment as your clinic does not accept international bank debit cards or credit cards. Most of my money is in my overseas account not in my UK account. This will obviously be an issue for me to pay for treatment.

The amount of time taken to explain the proposed treatment using all the images and scan details available by the dentist. This was followed up by a consultation with one of the other staff members who was able to go through finer details and help reassure. I do feel slightly rushed into making the decision to proceed with an implant. Whilst I appreciate that with a gap it may allow other teeth to move and extra pressure put on the other side of the jaw, it did feel like a hard sell .

Dentist made it very clear what was required and the options. He also listened to my concerns and completely put me at ease.

I was seen by Jen and Tanya. Jen is the best hygienist I’ve ever been treated by and both were highly professional and attentive.

Staff very polite and helpful. Mr Senthil was highly skilled and did an excellent job that I am very pleased with.

I not not met the hygienist, Abu Bahar, before but was very impressed with his ability and professionalism. His assistant was one of the best I have ever experienced in using the suction tube as not once during my treatment did I feel the need to choke. Simply brilliant.
