Ist visit, very impressed, and extremely professional

I went to Smile Ipswich for a filling. I was treated by Bolly, who does my 6 monthly check ups. I must say that this filling was the gentlest I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

As soon as you walk in, the reception staff are always cheerful, welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have.The dentists and dental nurses all greet you while you're waiting, whether they are your dentist or not.Evryone is very easy to talk to, which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

She commended me on what I was doing right and advised where I needed to improve without being condescending.The dental staff was very courteous too, and both the dentist and dental nurse worked well together.The dental environment was very clean and relaxing.

All make me feel wanted and in the best of hands

I need dental treatment and they provide it. All work is done well by great people. I never have any problems with treatment. The only issues are the cost of my plan versus appointments cancelled or changed which sometimes happens. This effects keeping to the schedule but they do all they can to sort it. Other than that all is great. Well done
