Very pleased with the results and how the treatment was done

I telephoned first thing on a Monday morning with an extremely loose wisdom tooth. I got a booking for Tuesday morning. I was seen and had the extraction within 24 hours of my initial call. The receptionist was extremely helpful and arranged everything and called me back once she’d arranged everything. The whole service went amazingly smoothly. I’m a very happy patient and am pleased to recommend this dental surgery.

This is an excellent dentists with brilliant staff. They all do a highly professional job and it is difficult to fault them. They are also very polite and considerate.

For a few years I’ve had Jen as my hygienist. Every visit she’s provided me with techniques and minor adjustments to improve my oral hygiene. This visit she talked me through a new the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) method. This treatment was much more comfortable and gentle than traditional methods.<br>Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist team that cares.

I have been a patient at Smile for a long time. I have had a lot of treatments and l have always been really well looked after. The staff are kind, warm and welcoming. I now see Bolly and l feel fortunate to have her as my dentist. She always explains everything thoroughly and makes me feel relaxed although l have always been an anxious patient. Bolly is professional and kind and l hope to remain under her care.

An experience non of us look forward to. But I do if Jen abd Petygle perform at Smile Lattice Barn, Ipswich. Very careful but firm. Jen teaches me about my teeth too. I try but still have to have a good clean. It's getting very expensive tho!!!

Brilliant Service and state of the art technology

I am a very nervous patient but the team were really kind and the dentist was very good at explaining what was happening and what I should expect.

I was experiencing a mild, dull pain in a top molar that had been filled decades ago. I did some extra flossing and the pain subsided. However, two days later, on a Friday morning, it came back with a vengeance. Smile Suffolk managed to accommodate me with a same-day emergency consultation. Shweta inspected the tooth and X-rayed it, confirming a cracked filling. I was relieved to find out the reason for the pain wasn’t a root infection. The tooth was refilled with composite resin, and Shweta also improved the tooth by repairing a small enamel chip and closing a gum gap. While Smile Suffolk falls into the mid-to-higher end of pricing, you reap the rewards of their expertise and the high-tech equipment they have at their disposal. They take the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and are incredibly gentle and efficient with their procedures. Highly recommended.
