I am a very nervous patient but the team were really kind and the dentist was very good at explaining what was happening and what I should expect.

I was experiencing a mild, dull pain in a top molar that had been filled decades ago. I did some extra flossing and the pain subsided. However, two days later, on a Friday morning, it came back with a vengeance. Smile Suffolk managed to accommodate me with a same-day emergency consultation. Shweta inspected the tooth and X-rayed it, confirming a cracked filling. I was relieved to find out the reason for the pain wasn’t a root infection. The tooth was refilled with composite resin, and Shweta also improved the tooth by repairing a small enamel chip and closing a gum gap. While Smile Suffolk falls into the mid-to-higher end of pricing, you reap the rewards of their expertise and the high-tech equipment they have at their disposal. They take the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and are incredibly gentle and efficient with their procedures. Highly recommended.

Everyone at the Smile practice has been warm and friendly over the last 4 years.Dr Senthil carried out all my lengthy treatment with kindness, explaining all he was going to do as he went along and at no time was I ever concerned.

I popped along to my annual dental check up and the service from start to finish was excellent. The Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, my dentist was warm and took the time to discuss today’s appointment. The Hygienist team were bubbly and jovial. Everyone is very nice and helpful from the receptionist to the dentists and hygienist makes going to the dentist a good experience.

I have been a patient at Smile for a few years now and cannot praise them highly enough for their friendliness and professionalism. I have recently had a root canal and crown done, I was not looking forward to the procedure but was put completely at ease and felt no pain, amazing. My first time visiting this practice . I was met at reception with a Very warm ,friendly and sincere welcome. On meeting the dentist I was immediately put at ease with the tone of voice ,calmness and confidence from a professional. On this visit I did not have any procedure done as it was an assessment. Like many people I am not a massive fan of visiting the dentist,but after the assessment and talking with the dentist I will be happy to go again knowing how I will be greeted an treated . Top marks to the practice on every level, thankyou .

Smile were recommended by a former dentist, who arranged for them to contact me for an urgent consultation. I was there the best part of the morning as the dentist did a thorough examination. He exp!ained his findings, with images and provided a fully costed treatment plan. Having identified an immediate infection, he started preparatory work to enable me to see a colleague a week later. At this point it was discovered the tooth was beyond repair. Another dentist specialising in extractions was able to perform the extraction and prescribe antibiotics at that time. A whirlwind of a morning, but the care and ability to call on specialists to perform other procedures was amazing. Having had chance to recover my appointment this week was for the implant. The nurse spent time with me beforehand explaining the process and what I might expect. It was painless and at the end I was given time to recover before the dentist went through the post procedure care, ensuring I was happy with everything.
